Before you contact CachePix: quick answers
Many questions already have an answer you can read right now:
- Help center: pairing your phone, HD previews, metadata edits, catalog backups, and plans and billing.
- CachePix FAQ: what CachePix is, what it sends over the internet, and whether it changes your files.
- Pricing: the Monthly, Annual and Lifetime plans, and how the 14-day free trial works.
- Compare photo catalog software: how CachePix differs from other photo apps.
CachePix support email
The CachePix support email is support@cachepix.com. It covers the desktop app, the phone apps and your account. Sales questions, such as which plan fits you or how the 14-day trial works, go to the same address. To get a full answer in one reply, include:
- Which computer and device you use: Mac or Windows PC; iPhone, iPad or Android phone.
- What you tried, and any message CachePix showed, word for word.
- If the desktop app is involved, paste its Diagnostic Report: plain text you copy yourself.
- For plan or billing questions, the email you sign in with. One plan covers your computer and your phone with the same email.
Keep these private. Never send your 6-digit sign-in code or card details. Stripe handles billing in your browser, and we don't need either one to help you.
Send us a message
Only the message is required. Add your email if you'd like an answer: without it, we can read your note but can't reply.
CachePix press and feedback
Press and review copies: say so in your message, and include your publication and deadline. For product details, the photo cataloging software page lists what CachePix does today.
Feature requests and feedback are welcome too. Tell us what you were trying to do and where CachePix got in the way.
